This allows us to recreate the complex structure of products such as salmon or tuna, and gives consumers a sustainable choice compared to the harmful practices of the fishing industry (overfishing, toxic waste materials in the fish meat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>When was your company founded? What were the biggest challenges to overcome then and what are now?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We started working on this project about 1 \u00bd years ago (today is 2nd of February 2021), but really founded our company just last week. Exciting times. Our customer is everyone who loves the taste of seafood and looks for a more healthy and sustainable alternative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is your business model?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We produce and sell plant-based seafood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How did your start-up grow?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>By working on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How is the Covid-19 pandemic influencing your company?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We sell to restaurants, which of course have taken a strong hit in the pandemic. We hope that the restrictions will fall soon and more customers can enjoy our tasty products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>An was arbeitet ihr zur Zeit?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Right now we are working on salmon and tuna sushi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How do you see your future? Which goals do you pursue?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Expand internationally and further improve our products and our 3D printing process<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What should one know about entrepreneurship in Austria?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>There is not a big food tech scene here, but we are hoping to start one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Do you have any tips for someone who wants to be an entrepreneur?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Start early, everything takes longer than you think.
