AR GLASSES INSTEAD OF ADDITIONAL SCREENS

The Chinese electronics giant Lenovo has unveiled the “ThinkReality A3” AR glasses that can superimpose up to 5 virtual displays into the wearer’s vision. In contrast to existing models or Microsoft’s Hololens, the device doesn’t look like an obvious AR headset, but is more like a robust pair of glasses. It has two 1080p displays used to display 3D holograms.

The AR glasses are connected to a Windows PC or certain Motorola smartphones. Users can also work with the device on the go on several monitors and remotely perform maintenance duties and carry out 3D visualisations.
